Bismuth Oxide-based Matrix Nanosystems for X-ray Contrast Diagnostics and Protection from Ionizing Radiation

چکیده

The features of the bismuth oxide deposition by ion layering method on matrices anodic alumina and titania have been studied. formed nanostructured systems studied means electron micros copy, X-ray microanalysis, spectroscopy. Two-layer nanocomposites consist porous matrix or TiO 2 island film with vertically oriented Bi O 3 plates placed surface. photoluminescence spectrum Al /Bi structure contains two channels peaks at 460 560 nm upon excitation 345 nm. Analysis EDX spectra showed that atomic ratio Bi, Ti was 31.46 % : 3.78 51.05 O. possibility using complex nanocomposite as contrast agents in diagnostics for protection against ionizing radiation is shown.
